Do I have to pay the admission fee if my child is not playing?

Any child entering the playground area will be charged the daily admission fee, $14 for the first child and $10 for each sibling. Children 0-6 months in age will be admitted for free.

Do I need anything to come play?

To enjoy our play area, grip socks are required for all children. If you forget or need a pair, we’ve got you covered—grip socks are available for purchase for $2 at front desk. Please ask one of our friendly staff members for assistance!

Will staff supervise the kids?

Our staff will not be responsible for supervising children, and a waiver must be signed for each child upon admission. Parents and caregivers are responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety of their children during their visit. We will provide a fun space for kids to interact and play!

Can an older sibling watch a younger sibling in the playground?

No, children cannot supervise other children. All kids in the playground must be accompanied by a supervising adult (18+).

Do you have to be a member to play?

Our playground is open to everyone. For those who plan to visit us frequently, we offer membership options to enhance your experience and provide additional benefits.

Are outside food and drinks allowed?

Yes, outside food is permitted, but our cafe also offers a variety of delicious food and drink options for you to enjoy. Feel free to explore our menu and treat yourself!

Can we come in just for the cafe or do we need kids to visit the cafe?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to pop in and order from our cafe even if you don’t have children with you!

What is your cancellation policy on memberships?

You can cancel your membership at any time and the change will take effect at the next billing cycle.

Does the daily play pass have a time limit?

A daily pass grants you all-day access to the play cafe. However, if we reach capacity, playtime will be limited to 2 hours to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy the space.

Does dandelion play cafe have an age limit?

The play area is designed for children aged 0-7 years old. However, we also believe that imaginative play has no age limit so if you think your older child will enjoy the space, please come and enjoy!
